Pure Pineywoods Cattle Heritage Beef Sticks

herd of cows

The Wells family and Georgia Native Cattle Company are excited to offer the first Pineywoods Cattle Heritage Beef Sticks. Pineywoods cattle are a rare, endangered land race breed that has developed over the centuries in the Southeastern United States. When you purchase our beef sticks, you become part of the preservation effort to save this important American breed of cattle from extinction.

We raise our cattle in a range-fed, natural setting on our 1300-acre farm in Marion County, Georgia located only five miles from where our family first settled in 1829. Every animal we process was born and pasture-raised on a forage diet and never treated with hormones or antibiotics.

Pineywoods Cattle Heritage Beef is a lean healthy beef that is naturally high in omega-3 fatty acids. This is not just according to us, but Slow Foods USA, who has included Pineywoods Cattle in their Ark of Taste "catalog of more than 200 delicious and culturally significant foods in danger of extinction."

The Wells family and Georgia Native Cattle Company invite you to explore our website to learn more about us, the farm, the history of Pineywoods Cattle, our efforts to preserve the Pineywoods Cattle breed, and how we raise our animals.
